BERBERA TERMINAL WORKS-DP World Somaliland
CONSER collaborated with Aéroports de Paris Ingénierie for development of all land side infrastructure design including all road works and landscaping for the Amiri Terminal as well as street lighting and airside lighting, along with Podium Lighting design for the VIP dignitaries podium, and the Electrical Design for the airside connections to all the planes. The Client was the Japanese Takenaka as a design-build Contractor for the Qatar Company for Airports Management and Operation (MATAR) and overall project Management by Bechtel and a collaboration with various other companies
Design services have been provided to BMT ports operator in Basra, Iraq, including parts of the terminal road networks along with terminal's administration building, workshop, labour facilities and dorms camp covering structural, architectural & MEP trades along with Geotechnical Interpretive study.
AMIRI TERMINAL & CONTROL TOWER - HAMAD INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
CONSER carried out design works for the project under a contract with the awarded Design-Build Contractor Shafa Al Nahda for the prominent client DP World. CONSER's works included Land Surveys, Facility Buildings design including Amenities Bldgs., Workshop Bldg, PGC, GC and PRB bldgs., Main gate, Fire Pump house, Fuel tank and storage area, Toilet blocks, Mosque, Primary & secondary substation, Power plant with fuel supply to DG, Reefer substation, and Infrastructure design including Surface water drainage, Sewerage network, Water supply network, Firefighting system, Power Distribution network, Terminal and Street lighting, Data networks Civil works, Fence and gates, RO plant & WWTP.








CONSER SYRIA carried out design works for Al Mintar Resort at the Lebanese Syrian Borders. The project has a built up area of 18,650 m2, including a hotel, 120 chalets, swimming pools, cafeterias, sports courts and other amenities. CONSER SYRIA has as well carried out supervision works of the structure.
Al Mintar Project
FOIZ (Fujairah Oil Industry Zone) Fujairah Port - E99 ROAD WIDENING AND SAKAMKAM TO QIDFA RURAL BYPASS
CONSER carried out the design works of the Berbera Corridor Project of 250 KM and the supervision works of 145 Km of it on behalf of the esteemed client Abu Dhabi Fund for Development. During the assignment CONSER coordinated with international committees such as Trade Mark East Africa & Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office . The road serves as an International Trade Route and is a part of a major infrastructure initiative to develop the Port of Berbera and establish a modern trade and logistics route connecting landlocked Ethiopia to the Gulf of Aden via Somaliland.




SHEIKH KHALIFA BIN ZAYED ROAD

CONSER carried out the designs and supervision of construction works for the upgrade of the E99 road serving the rapidly growing development around the Port and the FOIZ developments, works included widening the road and turning it into a full high standard primary arterial highway with unidirectional service roads on both sides. The project included 3 main sections that starts from the Yabsa and Sakamkam Road roundabout and goes up till the border of Oman just after Qidfa area, comprising E99 Road, Qidfa Bypass, Sakamkam‐Quarry Road.
CONSER carried out all infrastructure design works including utilities for all trades, as well as supervision of construction works. The project is a man-made archipelago that extends over an area of 2.7 million square meter project consisting of four islands. Al Marjan Island features a mix of natural beauty and modern development, with white-sand beaches, waterfront promenades, luxury hotels, and residential properties like apartments and villas.






CONSER carried out the supervision of Construction works of SHEIKH KHALIFA BIN ZAYED ROAD. The project is one of the seven sections undertaken by Musanada to upgrade the existing dual two-lane Mafraq to Al Ghwaifat Highway (E11) for the client Department of Municipal Affairs and Transport (DMAT), works included widening approximately 44 km of the existing dual two-lane to dual 3-lanes in both directions from Al Barakah to Al Sila’a, Upgrade of the existing pavement surface to provide 30 year design life, Construction of two Interchanges and one Camel Underpass, Construction of two Utility Culverst over existing 1000mm D.I. TRANSCO waterline, Relocation / Protection of existing services, Extension of existing contingency ducts and construction of new contingency ducts, Construction of Street Lighting System, Construction of Storm Water Drainage, Construction of Road Furniture & other Ancillary works required to complete the works.
