Our History

CONSER SYRIA is an engineering consultancy specialized in Architectural & Civil engineering including design & supervision with a dense portfolio of mega projects extending over 50 years of experience.

CONSER Syria was born in the early 2000s as a strong partnership between the reputed CONSER INTERNATIONAL known for its extensive expertise in Infrastructure projects along the GCC, UK and parts of East & South Africa and the acclaimed Syrian Architect Mr. Aziz Haroun who founded his Architecture office in 1975, and who together created masterpieces of prominent Projects in Syria. Today we are happy to be resuming our work in Syria providing recognized clients with international level of standards paired with precise expertise of local knowledge.

CONSER SYRIA, during its history was known not only for the world-class expertise of its teams of esteemed engineers but also for the professional level of stakeholder relation management that was frequently mentioned and appreciated by our clients.

CONSER Syria was the designer & construction supervision consultant in Damascus for the construction of 8 commercial offices building (R1-R8) at the Eighth Gate Project in Yaafour for the period starting in April 2008 and ending in December 2011.

CONSER was involved in the supervision of all trades required to complete the services. Overall built up area was in the range of 124,300 m2.

"Services were conducted to the required high international standards of quality expected all to the satisfaction of EMAAR-IGO, the leading property developer in Syria at the time.

CONSER SYRIA was the construction supervision consultant for the construction works of Porto Tartous Resort developed by AMER GROUP.

The works included the project structure, MEP, Infraworks up to facades, finishings & interiors.

CONSER SYRIA was the Master Plan consultant of the Lawadesia Resort Project, the designer of all trades including Architectural Structural & MEP, as well as the Construction Supervision Consultant of the Chalets, CONSER SYRIA supervised the construction of the Structure, the infrastructure and the MEP works (Not including Facades, Finishing works or interiors).

CONSER Syria blends decades of expertise with local insight to participate in shaping Syria’s silhouettes. On the left is a concept developed with PROMONTORIO ARCHITECTS in Portugal for the Opera House in Aleppo. The Opera house concept was meant to be a large mixed-use cultural centre to include a 1,600-seat opera house, a 500-seat theatre and the city’s library. Blending decades of Architectural Marvels with Engineering Excellence

An architectural Marvel created by Henning Larsen Architects for a contest issued by Damascus Governorate in 2006, CONSER Syria was the Construction Supervision Consultant for the nonconventional avant-garde shell structure of the Massar Rose project, a Children's Discovery Centre in Damascus, Syria, of a 170,000 m² site including an associated park.
